Bristol

In 1619 Archbishop Paris Lodron laid the foundation stone to today's Hotel Bristol Salzburg. For centuries the building was residence of several noble families, extended numerous times and rebuilt until it got its present look at the end of the 19th century.
Around 75 years ago the hotel became the property of the Hubner family. The members, already in the third generation, are running the enterprise by themselves as one of the last privately owned hotels in town.

The traditional 5-star Hotel Bristol Salzburg is situated in the center of the festival city, between the Mirabell Gardens and Mozart's residence - and within 5 minutes walking distance to the famous "Getreidegasse".
Breakfast is served in Hotel Bristol's impressive "Crystal room" while lunch and dinner are served in the award-winning restaurant "Polo Lounge" where the chefs will delight you with traditional Austrian dishes, Mediterranean cuisine and delicacies from all over the world.
